It is composed only of the most mature whole pods of the Planifolia variety, with the grains of Vanilla, without additive.
It mixes perfectly with all preparations that cannot receive liquid (See our recipe cards).

To get this Pure Powder we have chosen the technology of cold grinding at very low temperature enabling the conservation of aromatic and flavouring qualities vanilla:
