The Pure Powder Vanilla LAVANY Bourbon comes from our family plantation located in the bush village of Betavilona in Madagascar.
It is composed only of the most mature whole pods of the Planifolia variety, with the seeds of Vanilla, without additive.
It mixes perfectly with all preparations that cannot receive liquid (See our recipe cards).

To obtain this Pure Powder we have chosen the technology of cold grinding at very low temperature allowing the conservation of the aromatic and taste qualities of Vanilla:
- no heating during grinding
- absence of oxidation
- homogeneity of the powder obtained and regular particle size (500 µ)

Aerate (minimum 10 minutes) the Pure Vanilla Powder) the opening of the dose sachet.
Keep protected from direct sunlight and away from a heat source.
