Liquid extract Vanilla LAVANY is prepared exclusively with pods of Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar AB certified Organic Farming.
It is supplied in a concentration equivalent to 200 grams vanilla pods per litre of Liquid Extract, ready for use, alcohol-free.
Very qualitative, this dosage adapts very easily to all recipes of pastries, ice creams, yogurts ...
The Liquid Extract is made in France for food is specially adapted for ice cream preparation.
